When the Singapore Flyer was up, we didn't go for the ride, but instead headed straight to the Popeye's outlet. I love peaches, cinnamon and buttermilk. Never heard of vanilla and sugar in baking powder biscuits. The scones were not attractive enough to be given away, but tasted pretty good. A bakery next door to where I work had sent over a basket of blueberry scones to thank us for our cooperation with them on a project, and since they were fresh, they were amazing. I made them again with orange zest in both the flour and in the glaze. I made 6 extra-large muffins using an ice-cream scoop to measure with, which worked out perfectly.
